A Message from the President

The Australian Federation of Islamic Councils (AFIC) has
had 38 proud years as Australia's only Islamic peak body. The Federation
is made up of nine state and territorial councils including Christmas
Island and the ACT.
AFIC has co-ordinated the Muslim community across the
nation, sponsored the building of schools and mosques and represented
Australian Muslims in governmental and interfaith affairs.
